Delumen Hotels And Suites is a duly registered company with the corporate affairs commission (CAC) and the ministry of commerce and industries with Sole permission to operate as a hotel and a tourist home. De Lumen Suites is a three star Hotel with 22 fully air conditioned, tasty, space and international standard rooms. All our rooms are well equipped with in-room fridge and air-conditioner to ensure our Guests count on spotless healthier atmosphere. We run well-maintained facilities and equipment with 24 hour room service. The Hotel facilities and infrastructures are the best comparable to what is obtained within the eastern Nigeria hospitality industry. The Hotel is located at 3 Bent Lane G. R. A Onitsha and was established in December 27th 2017.

Our Terms & Conditions

  • All Guest Must Be checked in with a government approved ID Card (e.g Driving License, International Passport, Voters Card, National ID Card etc) as company ID, Student ID and other IDs are not accepted.
  • The Hotel Allows a maximum of two persons (adults) in a room Any number of guests greater than two persons is not allowed
  • The room portal must confirm that there are no damaged item(s) in the room before check-out, Any damage caused by the guest will be paid for before the guest checks out.
  • Where there are damages, the guest is pays for the damages for checking out
  • Smoking of any type of substance is not allowed inside the room by guest except at the pool space
  • Pets of any kind are not allowed in the hotel rooms.
  • No Refund of money after payment
  • Checking out time is 12noon daily as failure to do so attracts payment of room's full day rate.
  • All Payments by guest must be made to the hotel's corporate account as no form of online payment is recognized and accepted by the hotel
  • Guests must call the office line for confirmation of payments before checking-in
  • Breakfast is served every morning per room
  • Where there are two guests in a room, only one guest is entitled to breakfast except for guests in the suite
  • Buffet comes every Friday while normal meal is served every other day to guests
  • Every lodged guest is entitled to swimming except after the hours of 6pm to 7am
  • All events happening in the hotel ends by 7pm (weddings, birthdays, seminars etc)
